Credit card information entered in the checkout process is in a secure area using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the information. We do not save this information. After your credit card transaction is authorized, Feed Your Career, LLC's website does not store the credit card innormation and only the approval is saved. If you make an additional purchase, you will be asked to enter your credit card information again.
We do not use this information for any other purposes.
How We Use and Disclose Information
We use temporary "cookies" or tracking mechanisms (session I.D.s) as part of passing information through the shopping cart and checkout process. No personally identifiable information is passed through session variables or temporary cookies. Instead, the cookies allow us to remember items placed in your shopping cart. Once you finish checking out or close your browser window or 20 minutes passes, the session I.D. (cookie) is deleted from your computer.
If you purchase job units, a marketplace listing or other Feed Your Career products, we collect personally identifiable information along with your myFYC account which is managed by a login using userid and password. . This includes name, address, email, and any other information needed for fulfillment of your request.
If you contact us to order products from the web site, we use the information to fulfill your order or contact you about your order. We do not use this information for any other purposes or make it available to any third parties.
We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the transmission of the information you submit to us when you use our secure checkout process. The information you provide to us is processed securely.
Please do not use email to send any sensitive information like your credit card or charge card numbers to Feed Your Career, LLC. Any email that you send us is not secure against interception. Please contact us instead via phone or mail if you will be providing sensitive information.
Mailing Lists
You have the option of signing up for an email of our career management additions and career news. If you do so, we will email you regularly with updates on the site. We do not share or sell our email lists with anyone not connected with Feed Your Career, LLC.
Fax
If an order is faxed to Feed Your Career, LLC., the fax is kept only as long as needed to fulfill the order, then it is destroyed. Also, the only persons who have access to faxed information are Feed Your Career, LLC staff.
myFYC
Feed Your Career, LLC reserves the right for no reason to refuse and for a reason to refuse any user the right for a registered myFYC account. A myFYC account is not guaranteed to everyone.
Email Alerts
You have the option of signing up for email alerts of newly listed events in the categories you select and newly posted jobs in the categories you select. We send out one email per day to alert you of any new jobs or events that meet your critieria. We do not share or sell our email lists with anyone not connected with Feed Your Career, LLC.
Professional Directory
Feed Your Career offers the option of a registered user sharing with anyone visiting the site (both registered and nonregistered users) their career profile, personal characteristics, a headshot, and contact information through a professional directory listing that is searchable. Other registered users may save you as a user in their connect list. This is all optional and not required. Feed Your Career, LLC is in no way reponsible for validity of the information posted by users. Keep in mind if you allow your contact information to be shared, it will be available in the public area of the site. This is all managed through your myFYC account. FEED YOUR CAREER, LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF GIVING CONSENT FOR YOUR CAREER PROFILE OR CONTACT INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO BE SEARCHED AND LISTED IN THE PROFESSIONAL DIRECTORY.
Once you are listed in the professional directory you may receive message alerts from others attempting to contact you. You are not required to respond to any messages. If you have questions, please contact Feed Your Career, LLC. You can remove yourself from the professional directory at any time.
Outside Links
Our website links to documents located on sites maintained by other agencies and organizations. Once you access another site, you are subject to the privacy policy of that site.
Submitting Resumes and Prescreening Questions
As a benefit to employers, they may consent to the option submitting up to 3 prescreening questions before resumes are allowed to be uploaded with a job posting on Feed Your Career, LLC. Feed Your Career, LLC assumes no responsibility for the legality of questions employers submit. It is the employer's responsibility to follow the laws in their state of residence and all national labor laws for employment interviewing in the U.S. for any pre-screening questions they choose to submit. FEED YOUR CAREER, LLC, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF ANSWERING PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS SUBMITTED BY AN EMPLOYER FOR A SPECIFIC JOB LISTING OR THE UPLOADING OF A RESUME FOR A SPECIFIC JOB LISTING.
Feed Your Career, LLC also does not assume any responsibility for answers given to the pre-screening questions and also resumes uploaded by users and their content. Additionally, all resumes uploaded must be by registered users.
Cookie

Delivery Policy
All products purchased at Feed Your Career, LLC are downloadable or online products and there is no delivery required. If you have questions on a product purchased, contact Feed Your Career, LLC immediately.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact Feed Your Career, LLC within 7 calendar days of the purchase of the product. You must contact Feed Your Career, LLC within 10 calendar days of the original purchase to be eligible for the refund.
